Our restaurant was voted 2006, 2007 and 2009 Cairns Restaurant of the Year by the northern chapter of the Australian Culinary Federation and in April 2009 our chefs won Best Dessert in ACFís Gold Box Challenge.
Our chefs use our regionís special delicacies such as seafood from the Coral Sea and beef, fruit and vegetables from our superb hinterland. Our philosophy is to present food with modern simplicity, and our menus reflect modern Australian/Asian/Mediterranean dishes.
Breakfast is served between 6.00am and 9.00am Mon-Fri and 6.00am and 10.00am Sat-Sun. Our breakfasts feature an extensive choice of seasonal tropical fruits, pastries, cereals and a freshly cooked hot buffet. Open from 6am - 9.30am daily, itís also the perfect place for a successful breakfast business gathering.
Dinner is served between 6.00pm and 10.00pm daily, with a selection of popular and classic Australian wines and beers. The bar is also open from 5.00pm daily.
